Each four-week module follows a progressive routine with clear step-by-step video guidance to help you build consistency safely over time.

Most core sessions require just 10 to 15 minutes per day, making them easy to fit into busy morning or working routines.
Programmes require minimal equipment such as a mat or resistance band and are specifically designed for straightforward home practice.
You can stream your exercise videos and access guides on any web-connected mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

Who designs the programmes?
No. MotionSense programmes offer general exercise guidance and education. They do not include individual clinical assessment, diagnosis, or personalized treatment plans.
All content is developed by a UK HCPC-registered physiotherapist and CSP member. Please note this does not imply official HCPC or CSP endorsement.
What if an exercise causes pain?

If you have an existing injury, recent surgery, or underlying health condition, obtain clearance from your GP or physical therapist prior to starting.
